Richard “Dick” J. Huber, age 82, passed away July 10, 2021 at his home, in Vero Beach.
He was born December 5, 1938 in Manhattan, New York to Joseph and Adeline Huber.
Richard enjoyed his many years of work with the United States Postal Service as a Postal Clerk.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Huber; sons, Richard A. (Beverly) Huber, Steven A. (Vicky) Huber, Jamie (Jill) Huber, Jacob Huber, and Matthew Huber; four grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Martha Goldstein Huber and sister, Paulette Adam and Lynn DeVito.
A Gathering will be held 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at GraceSpring Church, 1955 20th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Florida Cancer Specialist, 3730 7th Terrace, Suite 101, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.

Linda and Family, I am really sorry for your terrible loss. He truly loved his family immensely as he would make mention of them at least once a day or more. I genuinely looked forward coming to work knowing Dickie was gonna be there. Working with him for years was a joy to say the least. He was a good man, a good friend, and I for one was privileged to have known him. He will definitely be missed.

My dear loving husband,I’m missing you every day & it feels so surreal to me,but I know in my heart you are not suffering any more.The family & I are putting your Memorial service together & we will all be celebrating your life this Saturday with Brian Strickland officiating for you. Sorry to hear about Dick he was a great man. He will be missed. He was one of my dad’s greatest friends. My brother Joey and I were very good friends with the Huber family when we were very young. I just read about this today and are so sad to hear this. We knew Dickie, Paulette and Lynn very well. I wonder if they remember us, Joey and Irene Brenner.
