Robert Gerard Jocham, 89, passed away peacefully on 2-20-19 at VNA Hospice in Vero Beach FL.
Bob spent his early life in Jersey City NJ. He earned a B.S in Accounting at St Peter’s University and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering at Stevens Institute. Bob served as a Marine in Korea where he was awarded various accommodations including the purple heart.
Bob married the love of his life, Marjorie, on November 20, 1954 and started their family of 8 children soon after. Early in his career he served as an executive for numerous printing companies throughout the US.
In 1976 Bob started his own very successful printing company Eagle Graphics in PA. He served on various printing industry board positions, ultimately becoming chairman of Printing Industries of America.
In their retirement years, Bob and Marge would spend the winter split between Colorado skiing and in Florida at their home in Vero Beach. Summers were spent in Malden Bridge NY, where he enjoyed riding his horse on the many trails in the area serving as Master of the Hunt in both the Taconic Hunt Club and the Old Chatham Hunt Club.
Bob was a communicant at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach, St. Mary’s in Nassau NY and St. John the Baptist in Valatie NY.
Bob is survived by his wife Marjorie, his children, their spouses and children below, as well as 9 great grandchildren.

Bob was successful in many endeavors of his life. At a dinner one time a friend once asked him what he felt was his greatest accomplishment in life. Bob looked over at his children sitting together and said “these 8, the adults they have become and the lives they lead, are my greatest accomplishment.”
A spring Memorial Service in upstate NY is planned.
