Only 8 years older than me, Bobby was my my coolest and favorite uncle. Whether building and flying model airplanes, working on and customizing cars (that Corvette!), riding motorcycles, or laughing and telling jokes and tall tales, Uncle Bobby was someone I always enjoyed being around. I regret that these later years did not afford that kind of regular contact, but Uncle Bobby will definitely be missed. My condolences to Eula and all of his family.

Although I have been out of touch with Bob and Eula for a few years, I will always fondly remember ‘My Buddy Bob’ as I called him. I appreciate the time he gave me whenever we spoke about our diesel trucks, motorcycles and Corvettes. I could count on running into him at Publix and he’d always engaged in a little chat! Whether he knew it or not, I really looked up to and admired him! My heartfelt condolences to Eula and the family.
