Sheila D. Parris-Bland, 63, passed away July 10th, 2016 under Hospice care at Indian River Medical Center after a prolonged illness.
Sheila was born May 31st, 1953 in Gadsden, AL and moved to Vero Beach in 1960.
She was a retired former business owner and real estate agent.
Sheila was passionate about many things, with the most important being politics, her family, and her friends.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Bland; step-daughter, Shawna Simmons (Ted) with three granddaughters; and her siblings: Gary Parris (Bobbie), Jan Parris Humphrey, Peggy Parris Brown (Bill), Nancy Parris Smith, Lori Parris Morence (Anthony), Stephen Parris, Sharon Parris Johnson, Terry Parris (Holly) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Sheila is predeceased by her mother Ora Jackson, stepfather Norman Jackson, father, Billy Parris, and her sister Rose Parris Cunningham.
There will be a private ceremony held at a later date.
