Shirley Marie Mitchell, age 73, passed away on November 12, 2025, at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, FL.
She was born in Caribou, Maine and moved to Vero Beach, FL at the young age of 5. Shirley was a graduate of Vero Beach Highschool and enjoyed her many years at Osceola Magnet School in the kitchen as a cook.
Shirley is survived by her two sons, Merion “Buck” Faulkner and Clinton Faulkner.
She was predeceased by her parents, Dorothy Agnes (White) and Thomas Sylvester Mitchell, brother, James Michael Mitchell.
Shirley was a beloved mother and grandmother; she will truly be missed!
