Theresa Pauline Stec Jensen, age 93, passed away May 7, 2022 at VNA Hospice House. Through the grace of God, she was surrounded by her beloved children as she passed from this life into her eternal life. She gave them their first breath and they were blessed to be with her as she took her last.
She was born December 2, 1928 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island to the late Walter and Apoloina Tobiasz. She was a graduate of Chicopee High School and moved to Vero Beach from Chicopee, Massachusetts.
Theresa enjoyed playing bingo, bunco, bocci, animals, riding her bicycle and yardwork.
Ms. Jensen was a member of St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, Vero Beach.
Theresa was a homemaker. She was a loving mother of four daughters, to whom she devoted her life. She was very family oriented. She cherished her five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, enjoying every visit and looking at their pictures as they grew over time.
Survivors include her daughters, Susan J. Brown, Linda A. DiSanti, Michele F. Pirog, Deborah S. Stec; son-in-laws, Ronald J. Brown, Gerard J. DiSanti and Dennis J. Pirog; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Donald Jensen.
Masses are currently being offered at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church. Inurnment will be at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Chicopee, Massachusetts.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VNA Hospice House, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, Florida
