Thomas Patrick Spencer IV, 52 years of age, died on January 17th, 2026, at home in Vero Beach, Florida.
He was born in the winter of 1973 to Thomas Spencer III and Deborah Smith.
Thomas owned and operated Summer Rain Irrigation.
He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed golfing, and loved his family.
Survivors include his sons Thomas P. Spencer V and Cody Spencer; parents Deborah Megee and Thomas P. Spencer III; sisters Sherri Spencer and Michelle Powe; and many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Gathering will be held at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory on Saturday January 31st, 2026, beginning at Noon.
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.

I love you so much little brother and I’m missing you more!! I’ll miss your sarcastic laugh that was just so cute lol yes cute. I’ll miss your kindness, you were selfless when it came to others. You never said no to anyone especially your sisters lol Hearts were broken on January 17th. And may never recover. I’ll see you again one day Tommy. GO NOLES sorry I had to.
