Tim, the son of the late Valerie Major and David B. Maguire, was born in Wakefield, Rhode Island.
He had worked as a property manager.
Tim is survived by his wife, Lori; daughters, Brittany & Amber; three sisters, Karen Shaw and Valerie Fry both of Rhode Island and Patricia Calise of Ohio; and brother, David Maguire of Rhode Island.
Tim was predeceased by both his parents and sister, Alice Maguire.
The family will greet friends from 1-3 p.m., Sunday, December 14, 2014 at the Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home, with a 3 p.m. service to follow.
