Tim Messler was one of kind. He was larger than life with his boisterous and outgoing personality. It was hard to not love everything about him. We will miss him dearly. Our prayers go out to Lynn and her family with the hope that his memory will console them and bring them closer together.

He was one of the “cool kids” in high school but he befriended one of the nerds, me. I thank him for that. Bob Katz.

I worked with Tim 35 years ago and remember him fondly. Tim was always a gentleman, a true professional, kind, and dedicated. It’s been many years since I’ve seen Tim, but I remember him as though it was yesterday. Rest In peace, Tim. You have left us too soon. Ray Carulli. Palm City.

Tim was always a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable & helpful. Anytime I need him, he was there & always had a solution to the problem. On a personal level Tim was always happy, & was never without a story to tell. I’ll miss his laughter when we would joke around. He brought a smile to my face every time I saw him. Tim will be greatly missed & well remembered. My condolences to his family.

Shared experiences with Tim while we were at Norwich together. As another Viet vet, I mourn his passing then on two fronts. Be at ease and rest well Tim. May your memory always be for a blessing to those who loved and honored you.

Tim and I went to Norwich together. We both wanted to be engineers to honor our grandfather Clinton S. Messler. Tim was very helpful and supportive as I dropped out of engineering. He was my cousin and we shared many fun times with the last at a family Disney trip. God bless and keep you my friend and May He keep your family safe.

Tim was a classmate at Norwich University. We were a small group of Civil Engineering students and later we went to work for the State of California. Our class of CE students were very close. I will always remember all the great times we had together. Tim and his Healy, his roommate Jeff and Pat Boy. My thoughts are with Lynn and family. May God help you though this difficult time.

Tim was a classmate at Norwich University. We had some good times together. We worked on the Junior Weekend Committee and had more fun preparing for the event than I can share with you. Tim was always in the positive mode and always helped his fellow engineers. He was a true Norwich Man and proud of it. He will be missed at our reunion next year but not forgotten!! May God Bless his family during this difficult time.

I was a fellow civil engineering classmate at Norwich. We had many good times together. I ended up graduating a year behind Tim but followed the 67 group out to work for the State of California. As it worked out we both ended up in the Vietnam delta at the same time and were able get together there a few times. I’ll remember him fondly. My condolences to Lynn and family during this difficult time.

I worked with Tim at Wallace Engineering. What a great crew we had there with Bill and Martha, Chaunce, Chauncy, Foster, Groady, Skipper Don, Scrape. Fun times after work at the Crazy Horse. He gave me my first ride in a Porsche. Great Engineer and wonderful fun friend to hangout with. My deepest sympathies to you Lynn and all his family. He will be fondly remembered.

I had the pleasure of consulting with Tim on a commercial Target Project I had in West Palm Beach Florida back in the 90’s and we connected again as fellow Norwich University Engineers working together on that assignment. Tim was a stand up guy and a professional engineer in every way. I will always remember Tim in the highest esteem.
