Wanda Lou Morehead Leissing, age 89, of Vero Beach, passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at VNA Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born November 8, 1928 in Ardmore, Oklahoma and moved to Vero Beach in 1989 from Kearny, New Jersey.
Wanda was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church.
She was a long time member of the Vero Beach Veterans, where she loved playing Bingo.
Survivors include daughters, Sharlotte (Randy) Smith, Diane (Jim) Sabonjohn, and Ruth Bommarito; 4 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by husband, Charles Leissing.
A visitation will be held 3:30p.m.-4:30pm, Thursday, October 11, 2018 with a funeral service immediately following at 4:30p.m. at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory.
