William George Eisert Passed away September 10, 2017 in Vero Beach, Florida.
He was born August 19, 1927 in Olean, New York to the late Frank and Olive (Stephan) Eisert.
William was a graduate of Olean High School and served in the United States Navy on the USS Midway during WWII.
Mr. Eisert has been a Vero Beach Resident since 1979, coming from Hinsdale, New York. He owned and operated Eisert Contracting, with his brother Richard Eisert in Olean, New York.
William served on the Board of Trustees for St. Francis Hospital, Olean, New York and was a Past President of Junior Chamber of Commerce, also in Olean.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 70 years, Marie Crandall Eisert; children, William “Greg” (Ida) Eisert, Lynn Eisert, Lee (Robert) Eisert Debban, Sherry Eisert, Michael (Catherine) Eisert, Mary (Joseph) Eisert LaMacchia, and Patrick (Susan) Eisert; twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; also special friends, Bert and Ramona Witzigman.
He was predeceased by brother, Richard Eisert; sisters, Eleanor Watts, Annabelle Doggett, Mary Jane Kinney, and Helen Rowe; and also his granddaughter, Kimberly Cunningham.
A service will be held Noon, Monday, September 25, 2017 at St Helen Catholic Church, 2025 20th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
