Barbara Brooks Lee, age 94, passed away peacefully on August 7th, 2026, in Saint Lucie, Florida.
She was born in Lubbock, Texas on January 18th, 1932, to Roy L. & Flory Mildred Brewer.
Barbara attended and graduated from Memphis Texas High School, Class of 1949.
She worked at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo, Texas and retired as an Administrative Assistant.
Survivors include daughters Owenlea Messenger (Steve), Susan Pyeatt, Kimberly Harrison; sister Nancy Bruce (Sam); grandchildren Eric, Claire, Jeni, Michael, April, and Stephanie; seven great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
Barbara was predeceased in death by her parents Roy L. Brewer and Flory Mildred Brewer, her loving husband Greig Lee, and cherished daughter Cathy Dingis.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026, at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
