Bonnie Law Johnson, 71, of Vero Beach, Florida, peacefully entered eternal rest on July 16, 2026, surrounded by family and friends. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Bonnie dedicated her life to nursing, serving others with compassion and care.
Bonnie will be fondly remembered as an adoring mother and beloved Nana, whose life was marked by kindness, devotion and unconditional love for her family, steadfast support of troops and veterans, and a love of animals. She will be deeply missed!
Bonnie was predeceased by her parents, Edith Irene Law and David Richard Law, and her brother, Ralph David Law.
Bonnie is survived by her daughters, Kelly St. Pierre and Jennifer Adams, both of Vero Beach, and Keri Sabonjohn and her husband, Michael Sabonjohn, of Vero Beach; her grandchildren, Stephanie St. Pierre and her wife, Brittany St. Pierre, Jason Myers, William Cole Mills, Preston Sabonjohn, Julian Sabonjohn, and Cecilia Perez, all of Vero Beach; her great-granddaughter, Carter Myers of Vero Beach; her sisters, Barbara Laing and her husband, Eri Laing, of West Newton, Pennsylvania, and Beverly Law of Purlear, North Carolina; and her cousins, Peggy and Ed Kolodziejczyk of Vero Beach.
Bonnie’s family will gather for a private celebration of life at a later date.

My condolences to all of Bonnie’s daughters, grandchildren and extended family members who were close to her. My love goes out to all of them. I know for a fact that she was loved very much by many. I know their hearts are broken as well as mine. I couldn’t have been blessed with a better sister.

With a heart full of love and gratitude, I remember Bonnie who has been by my side since we were three years old. A lifetime of memories could never fully express what she meant to me.
She was one of the kindest, sweetest, and most compassionate people I have ever known. She had a gentle spirit, a caring heart, and a remarkable ability to make others feel valued and loved. Her warmth and empathy touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Nothing brought her greater joy than her three daughters. She loved them with all her heart, and they along with her grandchildren were the greatest blessing of her life. Her love, guidance, and devotion will continue to live on in each of them.
Although my heart aches with her passing, I will always cherish the countless memories we shared and the gift of such a special friendship that lasted a lifetime. I will miss her deeply, but I will carry her kindness, laughter, and especially the love with me always.

Growing up, Bonnie was the most popular girl in the neighborhood. All of the boys wanted to call Bonnie their girlfriend. She was so popular because she was beautiful both inside and out. Bonnie always had a smile on her face and she was always willing to accept you as a friend. Bonnie was ahead of her time, she moved to Florida, right after High School. Most women of that era stayed in the same town where they were born; Bonnie was a trendsetter. I had long conversation with her less than a year ago by phone. We talked about growing up and becoming adults in the same neighborhood. While speaking with her, I realized she kept all of the same wonderful qualities that she had as a teenager. My wife, Barb and myself, would like to extend our deepest condolences to Bonnie’s children, grandchildren and her many friends. She will certainly be missed by all. I’m sure when she entered heaven, Irene, Dave and Ralph was there to greet her and my brother Billy was right behind them. Bonnie, rest in peace, until we meet again….
