Bill Sowers – Friend and Fellow Competitor with George. I am very upset at George’s passing in such a tragic accident. There is an inherent danger in any sport for injury and in some cases yes, a fatality. This makes me think more about my safety equipment and techniques. I want to remember the good times we had on the starting dock and exchanging turns judging at Palm Bay. Ski well up there in the big slalom course in the sky. Go George!
