Helen M. Burrell, age 101, passed away on October 30, 2016, at Rosewood Manor.
Helen was born in Milton, Massachusetts, on January 2, 1915. She was the 3rd child of 8 children to the late Joseph and Charlotte Dolan.
She worked in the school system for 20 years, and later as a nurse’s aide.
She traveled extensively to Europe and South America.
She is survived by sons, Paul (Elaine) Burrell of Shaliman, Richard (Ellie) Burrell; daughter, Joan (Bill) Kaser of Vero Beach; sister, Betty of Massachusetts; brother, Joseph of Mudgee, Australia; 9 grandchildren; 9 great- grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her husband of 36 years Paul L. Burrell, Sr.; sisters, Dorothy, Rose, Virginia, and Agnes; brother, Stanley-all of Massachusetts; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce with a reception to follow at Joan’s home.
