Joseph C. Scala, 69 of Sebastian, FL passed away January 15, 2016 at the Sebastian River Medical Center.
He was born June 26, 1946 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey and had been a resident of Indian River County for 25 years coming from NJ.
Joseph owned and operated his own Ceramic Company in New Jersey. He was a veteran of the US Army serving in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Mary Lou Scala of Sebastian, FL; daughter and son-in law, Mary and Robert LaFontaine II of Beavercreek, Ohio; 2 grandchildren, Robert III and Nicole; brother, Anthony and 4 sisters, Grace, Margaret, Jean and Theresa.
The family will receive friends at their residence on Monday, January 18, 2016.
