Knew Ken through aviation, a shared passion. As a fellow Velocity builder we interacted often from a distance. I never asked that he did not help. I considered him a sincere friend. He is and will be missed. René Dugas, MD, CFI, builder, friend.

Ken was amazing. He is one of the first people we met when we moved to Vero Beach in 1988. I had never known anyone like him with his knowledge and skills relating to mechanics and love of the entire profession. Brilliant! He was also a GREAT GUY! We followed him through his marriage to precious Janice, the construction of their home, airplane construction, and the birth of his beautiful daughters. He was so sincere, and kind all the time. He had integrity, and was the most honest, real person all the time. He never changed. Ken was a special man and the world is a better place, thanks to Ken. Our sincere condolences to Janice, Gabriella, Allie Ray, and Mr. and Mrs. Ken Mishler, Sr. God Bless Ken and the entire Mishler family.
