Let the family know you care by sharing this tribute.
Kyle John Simons, 42, of Vero Beach, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 22, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of love, cherished memories, and a legacy that will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
Born and raised in Vero Beach, Kyle was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished son, brother, uncle, and loyal friend. Above all, Kyle loved the Lord and his family. His faith, generosity, and unwavering love for others were at the heart of everything he did.
Kyle was a hardworking man who took great pride in providing for his family. He worked in construction with ROVB/Commerce Glass and was pursuing a dream of his own, starting a food truck called Holy Smokes, “That’s Delicious!” Cooking was one of his greatest passions, and he loved bringing people together through good food, laughter, and fellowship.
When he wasn’t working or cooking, Kyle enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. But nothing brought him greater joy than being a husband and father. His family was his world, and he loved them with his whole heart.
Kyle had a heart bigger than life itself. He was the kind of man who would give the shirt off his back, drop everything to help someone in need, and go above and beyond for the people he loved. He was a protector, a provider, and a source of strength to so many. His kindness, loyalty, and selflessness touched countless lives, and his presence was a blessing to everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Kyle is survived by his loving wife, Carolina Arruda; his beloved children, Kylie Simons, Lorenzo Arruda, and Amelia Simons; his parents, Tim and Jenee Simons; and his siblings, Brad Simons, Katie Emerson, and Melissa “Winky” Simons, along with his nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.
Though his time on earth was far too short, Kyle’s love and legacy will continue through the lives he touched, the family he cherished, and the countless memories he leaves behind. While our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that Kyle’s faith in the Lord was strong and that his earthly journey has ended in the arms of his Heavenly Father.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Calvary Chapel in Vero Beach, Florida.
A separate Celebration of Life gathering will be announced at a later date.
Kyle will forever be remembered for his enormous heart, his unwavering love, and the way he made the world a better place simply by being in it.
Forever loved. Deeply missed. Never forgotten.
