Lloyd Sharpe Tucker, 86, of Vero Beach, Florida, died Thursday, January 17, 2013 at VNA Hospice House.
He was born November 6, 1926 in Woodstock, Vermont and moved to Vero Beach in 1994 from Enfield, N.H.
Mr. Tucker served as a Combat Engineer for the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
He worked as a toolmaker for Thermal Dynamics in West Lebanon, NH for 17 years.
Mr. Tucker was a member of Lutheran Church Of The Redeemer, Vero Beach.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards and spending time with friends and family.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Eva Rameor Tucker of Vero Beach; daughters, Joan Aldrich of LaBelle, FL, Susan Estes of Canaan, NH and Mary Tyler of Enfield, NH; seven grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Carol Villeneuve and brother, Fred Tucker
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer. Inurnment will take place in Woodstock, VT at a later date.
