Vero Beach Fl.-Marilyn Joanne Debus (Sjoholm) 86, 1515 35th Ave passed away Sunday July the 29th in Vero Beach Florida.
Born January the 28th in Chicago Heights Illinois to Arthur and Emily Sjoholm (Lodtko).
Marilyn was a wife, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed her family foremost, followed by sewing, painting, stained glass, ceramics and any other crafts to pass the time.
She graduated from Bloom High School in Chicago Heights Illinois, and relocated to Vero Beach Florida, from Glenwood Illinois, in 1985.
She was an active member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church.
She married Ronald Leonard Debus of Chicago Heights, Illinois on the 11th of July, 1953. He preceded her in death on the 15th of December 2005.
She is survived by her sons Karl Leonard Debus of Tinley Park Illinois, Jon Eric Debus and daughter in law Mary Debus of N. Hutchinson Island Florida; four grandchildren Jake Debus and Kendra Debus of Tinley Park and Eric Debus and Ian Debus of N. Hutchinson Island; two great grandchildren, Savanna Debus and Sofia Debus, both of Tinley Park.
A Memorial Service is planned for the 18th of August 2018 at Redeemer Lutheran Church located at 900 27th Avenue, Vero Beach Florida at 11:00 AM.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know this is a very difficult time for the family. Something that has always given me comfort is a scripture at Revelation 21:4, it says, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” I sincerely hope this brings you some comfort.
