Loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother Martha Jean Oliver, age 86, passed away January 15, 2017 at VNA Hospice House.
She was born August 12, 1930 in Powhatan, Ohio to the late Sava and Mary (Planey) Sickimich and has been a long time resident of Vero Beach, since moving from Barnesville, Ohio in 1968.
Ms. Oliver was a graduate of St. Clairsville High School.
Martha was a long time member of First United Methodist Church and “Paris/Sparrs” Sunday School class in Vero Beach. She will leave behind many friends, family, and other loved ones that hold many fond memories.
Survivors include daughter, Nancy Jones; son, Richard Oliver; brother, Robert (Julia) Oliver; grandchildren, Katie Miller, Oliver Hamilton, and Danielle (Keaton) Oliver; 2 great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
She was predeceased by husband, John C. Oliver; brothers, Dan, John, and Walter; sisters, Florence and Marge.
