Marcy & I grew up together & lived only a block away from each other, in the small coal mining region, of Hazleton, Pa. Our families were close – his mom was my Godmother, & my Dad thought of him, as a son. You couldn’t help but smile, the minute he walked into a room, as he had a personality that warmed your heart. Sending comforting hugs to all those he loved. Anna Marie Lamana Johnson

I met Mr Mauro Darcangelo about 10 years ago upon a trip to Florida to visit his Daughter Shelly and he was the most friendly , giving person I’ve ever met! (Now I know where his daughter Shelly Got it from) Every year since then he would ask if I was coming down for a visit. What a memory that man had & always took me out for an Italian meal. His life touched so many people and will be missed by so many including me upon my next trip. Would have loved to see you one last time! Until then, you& Gloria are together again. See you on the other side my friend.

So sorry to learn of Marcy’s passing. He was a wonderful man and loved by many. It wasn’t until trying to schedule our annual lunch outing that we found out. It used to be Junior Rossi, his wife Ellen, my husband Michael Tomai and me. As time passed the numbers dwindled and it was just Marcy, Ellen and me. He must have died soon after our last outing. He now lives in our memories of time spent with him and Gloria. Deepest condolences to the family.
