William L Hill, Jr., 79, of Vero Beach, Florida, died Monday, January 7, 2013 at Consulate Health Care.
He was born March 16, 1933 in Norristown, PA and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 40 years, coming from New Jersey.
Mr. Hill worked as a horticulturist, specializing in orchids and was a member of the American Orchid Society.
He was a member of the Christ By the Sea Methodist Church, Vero Beach.
Mr. Hill is survived by his daughter, Pat Moon of Vero Beach; sister, Ann O’Brien of Sebastian, FL; brother, Gene and 2 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 10th, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Memorial Garden of Christ By the Sea Methodist Church, Vero Beach.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home and Crematory, Vero Beach.
